James Bound is our President
and General Contractor.
James is licensed in North and South Carolina,
holds an Environmental Studies Degree from the
University of Oregon, and is an active member
of the Asheville Homebuilders Association and
the Western North Carolina Green Building Council.
Combining a passion for building and for the environment,
James coordinates and oversees all of our restoration
and new home construction projects.
C. LeAnn Massey Bound is our Office
Manager, Sales Coordinator and Design Consultant.
As an artist, massage therapist, and mother, LeAnn
brings inspiration and creativity to the construction
site. She also coordinates all the "behind the
scenes"
work and is available to assist buyers and homeowners.
Paula Massey is Vice President
Paula is currently Executive Director of the Florida
Nurses Association. Paula will begin working
with Greencraft soon.
